Ever since I was a kid I was around a small business, my parents owned a bakery back in Michigan for over 25 years, in fact, it’s still there today! The new owners worked for my parents for years and then took the place over. Some days were fun, but I do remember the hard times too. Watching my Dad go into work at 4am on Saturdays, every Saturday, and work all night during the holidays…it was hard but they loved it, and made look easy. Watching them, I learned to be reliable, hard working on to never give up no matter how hard the work.
Today they call them Micro Businesses…but back then they were called “Mom and Pop Shops”. I love working with all of them…to watch someone turn an idea into a business and then grow it into even more is an amazing experience for me. I would love to have a role in helping you get there too.
